Our condo sat on the market for the first 6 months.... we let that listing expire and hired Howard Witz from Fillmore Real Estate. He re-shot the whole condo, had new pictures taken, and did the 3D virtual tour. We were in contract within 45 days... new pictures looked much better than the first agent.
